It's 'the blues' by switchfoot, courtesy of the nothing is sound album. (: i LOVE it. and the whole album, actually. the lyrics are brilliant. nearly as good as lauren's. ;)

And y'know the funny thing is, i'm actually not sad. I'm happy! except for the homework bit. but yeah. i don't exactly know why i'm playing moody songs like this when i'm actually happy. ah well. i like the tune. that's all that matters.

I got quite happily surprised the other day by a large brown envelope in my mailbox addressed to me from a bunch of rather brilliant people I know. (; THANKS LOTS PEOPLE! namely mari, minny, je, becky. (tsk you lazy person becky, yours was TYPED. haha.) you guys are truly great. i'll never forget you! hope i'm granted a miracle for me to go back & in july.. and yes, i'm writing your replies! you'll get them soon (i think) (i hope) (yeah you get the point).

AAH hols are ending in six days! that's not fair, is it. hmphy.

laur you're meant to still be online! where ARE you. hahah. miss ya lots too. i still can't access your blog! it's weird. (don't you think the spelling of the word 'weird' is weird in itself? it is, okay!) send me any songs you've written!
