READ ME.

That's right! Read me! cos i'm UPDATED! FINALLY!
I kinda feel sorry for my blog, actually. It's been gathering dust since nov last year, being shoved in a corner all neglected and alone while its owner, oh its treacherous owner who was being so mean as to abandon such a nice little blog like this, sat around somewhere on a holiday forgetting all about this dear thing. That's right.

But this isn't just all about that. It's about this! It's about now. It's about me getting to the point. OKAY. The past 3 months i've been gone were really jam-packed. I'll try to summarise.
- went to EUROPE for the hols! that was brilliant. terribly freezingly cold, but brilliant.
- dropped by HK a coupla days after christmas (this was before europe), that was great too! we were 30kg overweight. as in, the suitcases.
- also visited singapore! like i wouldn't. spent christmas and the later part of jan in my fave country, home sweet home. mgs is still as wonderful as ever! i miss you guys LOTS.
- back in perth to start school in AXHS.. didn't know if that was a good or bad thing at first but so far it's been pretty good, i'm not freakily-lonerish or anything. i miss yous in mc. but yeah always looking forward, don't mope too much on the past! that Chrissy message at roar really stuck in my head. hehe.
oh oh gotta go NOW. i'm doomed. mom is scolding. seeya! xxx

oh dear.

I'm coming back THIS SATURDAY, how thrilling! (:
I never get used to returning-to-singapore euphoria. which is a good thing, to say the least.
Sorry i haven't been keeping up with this darned thing. well here I am!
And i know i can't forgive myself for being absorbed into such mainstream clicheness in joining myspace but it wasn't my fault! Honestly, lisa, you coulda told me before ya made my myspace for me (i didn't even know my own password! for quite a bit of time)! haha. We're going to harbourtown tomorrow aren't we, to get cons, then go for that Roar BBQ thingymabob. How exoiting (say it with me now. Brit accent, guys!). Everyone, download the song Wonderwall by Oasis. One classic no one can or should live without.

AT LAST.

Wow i'm finally reviving this blog. haha. it's been a while, eh?
Guess no one's actually reading this anymore. but ah well i like rambling on to no one anyway.(:
Math exam today. Yeah, crumminess. but it wasn't actually as bad as i thought it'd be. which was pretty bad, in hindsight. I remember myself freaking out and gripping the math book i had in my lap 10 minutes before it started. Okay i sound like some sort of nerd, but i shall now get over it.

Haha. i think i was overparanoid just 'cos i didn't study much in the holidays, so yeah there you go, a valid reason! (i never usually make valid reasons, so this is a good sign.) I really am talking to myself. Is anyone out there? helloooo ?

okay fine, no echo. bleh.

The weather's wonderful, not sure if i can say the same for s'pore though, i've been hearing rather, er, foggy things about it lately, if you'll excuse the pun. HAZE due to deforestation? haha me and cootsie were talking about this on msn just then.

Cootsie: yeah it's cos indonesia's burning trees again -- ugh
Me: gosh. what about greenpeace? what are THEY doing?
Cootsie: haha probably sitting around hugging potted plants.

Yes that's basically how it went.
Witty conversations are fun to be in.

I feel kinda formal in this post, for some unnatural reason. Probably because i've been away from the blog for so long. oh well there's still time to knit back the homely feeling! (x ich liebe meine blog. Gut, ja? gosh i think my german's dying. this is bad.

bleahgh. midyears = this thurs! math. ugh. discrete is hard.. too many formulae, it makes my head spin. econs is alright, but i've got 0% interest in that. jap is great.(: drama's fine (realism's really getting along though it's kinda hard trying to act like you've got cancer in front of the class and attempting to make yourself cry.) english's good too, oh speaking of which - i just got back my english assignment, the narrative writing essay.

My mind was still in a whirl of hazy confusion when I woke up. The smell of uncomfortably overwhelming, and I could hear a flurry of people and machines bustling in activity around me. I felt the warmth of a hand on my arm as my parents exclaimed in relieved ecstasy. I swallowed gingerly and was greeted with the bitter taste of medicine.

But my world was still in darkness.

Terrified, I shrieked and writhed in my bed, flailing my arms and crying out as the doctors tried to pin me down. Later that day my parents sat me down and had a doctor explain everything to me.

Haha that was part of my narrative assignment. it's about this girl who was involved in a drunk driving accident and became permanently BLIND. (collective gasp in audience) and on goes the story for three pages (can't be too long for an assessment, can it), and then the character goes through the whole self-realisation development process thing. yeah.

sigh. for the upteenth time, just for the record: I MISS SINGAPORE! and the people. of course the people what am i saying sheesh amelyn and now i'm talking to myself which is kinda strange because i'm not using any punctuation either gosh yes okay i'll stop now. (:
rambling's a hobby, really.

I got quite happily surprised the other day by a large brown envelope in my mailbox addressed to me from a bunch of rather brilliant people I know. (; THANKS LOTS PEOPLE! namely mari, minny, je, becky. (tsk you lazy person becky, yours was TYPED. haha.) you guys are truly great. i'll never forget you! hope i'm granted a miracle for me to go back & in july.. and yes, i'm writing your replies! you'll get them soon (i think) (i hope) (yeah you get the point).

AAH hols are ending in six days! that's not fair, is it. hmphy.

don't really see much cream.

..haha don't worry about the title. it's, er, meant to be some sort of abbreviation. (cough, deb, cough). hahaha. anyway. (:

my bday on sat! haha. mari seems highly suspicious on msn. apparently i'm going to get some form of surprise in a week but i don't see how the difference in continents might make it easier or actually possible. haha. hms. well actually mari did confirm my address just now on msn so maybe---

Is my 'strum hard drum hard' thing on the status bar annoying? haha. If it is, then it's doing its job. heh. i'm using firefox at the moment so i can't see anything unless i go on to the internet explorer default page. (yay.)

I've got this mini taster pack of short black espresso blend coffee for coffee makers. i need to do something with it. i don't even have a coffee maker! i got it at the career expo last friday. haha. from the RAC stall, would you believe.

Yes and for those who didn't get the previous post.. It was a story! an unfinished one, at that. but yeah. I have heaps of unfinished stories I need to put an end to. Oh yeah, remember to go up to shrimoyee and read her writings! They're a work of art. Pure poetry.

Yay, glad you people still read my blog! I'm all touched and everything. Sob. And I miss you guys more then ever, now.
...school's good, by the way. Got level 6 for my sose test on wed. (((:
The teachers here mark papers really fast.

Just thought I'd reinforce that.

I'm free the whole of tonight, the usual Roar's not on. It's gonna be Record Night, from 7 to 7 (yes, 12 hours), where we all get on a bus and go around doing fun stuff in the middle of the night like quza (this laser shooting thing, i think that's how it's spelt anyway), rock climbing, watching a movie, paintballing? I don't know, heaps of other stuff and making pancakes in the morning! BUT BUT BUT guess what.
I can't go.
Oh, the irony.

Yeah 'cos I've got chinese class tomorrow on sat! I don't believe it. It's the last chinese lesson (assembly) so i'm not supposed to miss it. Groan. I've been missing all the lessons this whole term except for 3, so far. Amazing, eh. Nearly sets a record, it does.

But yeah.
Moving on.

...Laila's LEAVING for NZ soon! Today was her last day at school. Awww ): I'll miss her lots. Hear that, Laila? Heh. Wait I don't even think she knows my blog. Or if I have one. (laughs) Ah well no matter.

By the way, did you notice my punctuation and capitals and everything are all in order for this whole post? Amazing, eh. Except for the odd colloqual term here and there, that is. Like 'gonna', and 'cos'. It's a natural thing, almost becoming. But yeah, even all my 'i's are CAPITAL! Haha. I just felt like being all Prim and Proper. In a very odd, obscure way. Bet if I didn't point that out, you'd never have noticed. Ha.
And yes, I am rambling again.
Better get on with life and other constructive activities.
